Due to Covid, we have a no return policy, which means we cannot accept returns of any kind for the health and safety of our customers and staff.

Incorrect Shipping Policy:

Please note:  We will ship to the address that is provided and confirmed.  If your package is returned by no fault of our own, we will cancel the order and issue a refund, less what we were charged for shipping.  

Damages and incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 business hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Please note that we ship each item and it is weighed by the US POSTAL SYSTEM.  As such we ARE NOT responsible for items lost in transit unless optional shipping insurance is purchased.  Please contact your local post office for assistance if package is damaged upon receipt as we cannot be held responsible once we have the package scanned in upon pickup. 

All orders are shipped with tracking information.  Once it is marked as "DELIVERED" you must contact your local post office for assistance if you are unable to locate package.
