Due to Covid, we have a no return policy, which means we cannot accept returns of any kind for the health and safety of our customers and staff.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot honor any requests for exchanges or returns after 48 hours.
We can only ship to the confirmed address on the order and are unable to change the confirmed shipping address. If you make a mistake with the address, please contact us immediately so that we may cancel your order and you may place it again with the correct information.
Please check your shipping information carefully. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, we will cancel the order and process a refund, less what we paid for shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items or gift cards.
All orders are shipped with tracking information. Once it is marked as "DELIVERED" you must contact your local post office for assistance if you are unable to locate package.
